PocketTreasury is not financial advice. PocketTreasury is a personal budgeting and cash-flow forecasting tool. It is not a bank, broker, or regulated financial adviser. Forecasts, opportunity suggestions, pension comparisons, and AI insights are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional before making a financial decision.

1. The Service

PocketTreasury lets you record income, expenses, and account balances and projects a daily cash forecast. Any output — Safe to Spend, Avg Monthly Low, Confidence Score, AI answers — is a calculation over the information you provide. Its accuracy depends on the accuracy of those inputs.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication in Settings → Security. You must be at least 18 years old to use PocketTreasury.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, bypass its usage limits, use it to store data that is not yours, or use it in a way that violates the law.

4. AI insights

AI features are provided on a fair-use basis: currently 1 question per week on the free tier. Answers are generated by large language models and may be incomplete or wrong. Never act on an AI answer without independent verification.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or bugs may cause temporary downtime. Keep an independent record of any financial decisions you make.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security → Danger Zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketTreasury is provided "as is" without warranty. The maintainers are not liable for financial losses, missed payments, or investment decisions made in reliance on the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the account owner is established. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory consumer right you have under local law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
